The year 2019 was an exceptionally difficult year for many of my clients all over the globe. It seemed that everywhere I turned, there was someone in one part of the world that was mirroring someone on the opposite part of the world with intensely similar challenges. The details of each party were different but the overall theme was the same. And then, even my life  was affected and quickly took a turn. About four months later, the world was interrupted with the onset of COVID-19 and masses all over the world struggled to make sense of what was going on while figuring out how to survive. Little did I know, at the time, that it was part of a much bigger picture...

It was a call for attention...a realization that something large was on the horizon. So, I started my journey in gentle pursuit for clarity and answers.  I truly felt that I was being guided, on a mission, something large and it was aligned to my core, to who I am. I could feel a pull to rise and my direction still wasn't clear. I continued to observe the  pattern repeating  itself in coaching circles and coaching forums as well.  Professionals were also demonstrating their struggles and challenges. It wasn't just clients anymore.  

In observation, I was able to categorize what was happening into 5 life-shifting areas or experiences, which seemed to capture everyone in one area or another, which were:

• death of a loved one 
• financial crash/loss of business, job, income, investments gone wrong
• separation or divorce, break-up of a long term relationship
• diagnosis/awareness of developing chronic health condition
• complete relocation/new beginning, "fresh start"

In 2021, I met three incredible coaches who later became the first Board of Directors and Ambassadors of the World Mindset Organization (WMO) followed by the amazing Board of Directors and Ambassadors who followed and together continue to serve today.  We all came together and formed together from all parts of the world and, in just 3 short months, we had our Board of Directors and Ambassadors...

There was something really significant happening...it was as if we felt guided to the WMO and we can also share a similarity in feeling that the WMO journey is part of our journey too. And so, the World Mindset Organization was formed just in time when the world needed us most!
